I recently took my kids (ages 5 and 6) to this dental office for their check-ups, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As naturally curious—and a bit nervous—little ones, they had a lot of questions. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants, was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional.Dr. Dalvinder Saran and the team went above and beyond to make sure my kids felt safe and comfortable. They took the time to explain every tool and every step of the process in a way the kids could understand, which helped ease their anxiety and sparked their curiosity in the best way.It was such a smooth, positive experience that my kids left the clinic smiling, confident, and even excited to come back. Came here for my first dentist appointment in years, they’ve helped me get everything in order and make up for the damage of not being to a dentist in years. Everyone here is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me without judgment, and I could tell right away that they genuinely care about their patients. They've helped me build better dental hygiene habits and made what used to feel like a stressful experience into something I actually look forward to.
Had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr.Patel nd Dr.Akhtar was incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. The clinic was clean, modern, and followed all hygiene protocols. My appointment started on time, and the procedure was smooth and painless. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!
While the dentists and hygienests are lovely, the clinic is not. When I lost my ride to the clinic (I am disabled and unable to drive), I contacted them and was chastised and heavily guilt tripped. Even their staff reached out to apologize in their behalf. Their annoyance was understandable, and I felt awful, and assured I'd find ways to ensure it did not happen again. Instead, I was told they would be referring me elsewhere for that procedure, which they never did, and then they silently canceled all of my future unrelated appointments as well. As my insurance won't cover starting all over again with a new dentist this year, I'm left untreated. Likely this is because I've become an increasingly nervous patient after an incident here. Just be prepared to be abandoned and ghosted should you give them any problems. The actual dental team are magnificent and highly recommended should they move to a compassionate and communicative clinic.
This clinic is the best Dental Clinic I have been to in my 59 years. Every person from the front desk, hygienists, dental assistants and dentist are some of the kindest and most compassionate professionals. Their dentistry is painless and they take the time to alleviate any anxiety and fears. From the warm blankets to the headphones for Netflix, every box is checked.
